Packages
Packages are a starting shape rather than a fixed menu, because a sixty guest garden wedding and a three hundred guest ballroom need genuinely different things. What follows is what each level typically covers and where the line usually falls.
Events from $1,200. Weddings from $5,000. Every package is quoted on your detail.
Published floors. Everything above them is quoted on your detail.

Packages build up from these. See what drives the cost.
A fixed package is a guess about your wedding.
Rigid packages exist because they are easy to sell, not because they serve the event. They work by assuming an average wedding, which nobody actually has, and the gap between the package and your wedding gets filled with either things you did not want or gaps you did not expect.
What is published here instead is the shape of what each level normally includes, and the honest ranges. You get a quote against your venue, your guest count and your direction. If something in the shape does not apply to you, it comes out and the quote moves.
The two published floors are real and firm. Events start at $1,200 and weddings start at $5,000. Those exist so that nobody spends a first conversation working out whether the numbers are even close.
Four levels. Most events land inside one of them.
For engagements, corporate functions, milestone birthdays and private celebrations. Typically a focal installation such as a backdrop or entry moment, styled tables to one consistent language, and the detail that connects them. Florals coordinated where the event calls for them.
The starting point for weddings. In practice covers a considered ceremony setup and reception styling at a smaller guest count, with florals coordinated through the supplier network, plus install and pack down on the day.
Ceremony and reception styled in full, bridal table treated as its own piece, guest tables to a consistent language, entry and cake moments, and one or two feature installations. The version most Sydney weddings between 120 and 250 guests take.
Styling combined with full planning or on the day coordination, so one person holds both the look and the run sheet. Quoted on the scope of the wedding.
Typically consultation and concept, ceremony styling, reception styling covering the bridal and guest tables, entry and cake moments, florals coordinated through the supplier network, all hire sourced and coordinated, and install and pack down on the day. What is in your package is confirmed in the quote before anything is committed.
Yes. Ceremony only styling is common where the reception venue already includes styling, or where the ceremony is at a separate site. It is quoted on its own scope.
Florals are coordinated rather than produced in house, because Shabz is a stylist and not a florist. They are briefed to a florist chosen for your direction and integrated with the rest of the styling, and they appear as a line in your quote.
Hire is sourced and coordinated through the supplier network as part of the styling, and itemised in the quote. Shabz does not hold hire stock. More on how hire works.
Usually yes, subject to how close the date is and what needs to be sourced. Additions late in the process are more constrained by supplier availability than by anything else, so raise them as early as you can.
Tell Shabz about your event and a considered response follows within 24 to 48 hours.
